The Gustafson Group is a commercial real estate firm with investments throughout the Houston area and the country. Their portfolio includes office buildings, retail centers, land, and multifamily properties. For the website, I created a graphic displayed on the wall of the conference room, designed to represent the firm’s deep knowledge of Houston and the surrounding area. It reflects their extensive research into every part of the city for potential land acquisitions.
The Gustafson Group wanted a simple website and a minimal online presence, relying on other existing websites for lead generation. Because they are not currently seeking additional investors for their projects, this website primarily serves to maintain control of the domain name and protect the brand.
