To help market a vacant lot in Baytown, postcards were created and mailed to key decision makers at banks and other financial
institutions. The image below shows the initial rendering. I collaborated with a 3D architectural rendering specialist to develop
a design that fit the site, then refined the composition. In addition to the proposed bank building, the apartments in the
background had not yet been constructed and were also rendered on what was then an empty lot.
