I designed the 12-page Winshire Green booklet (cover shown above) for potential homebuyers, sharing the
community’s story and introducing Houston’s Memorial area. Highlighting their energy efficient construction
and premium interior features, mirroring key website content. Although Winshire Green no longer builds in
Houston, the website endures as a portfolio of completed homes.
