Winshire Green built high end homes in Houston’s Memorial area.The trifold brochure above was created to highlight the key
features of the multimillion dollar home and was distributed to prospective buyers. It went on to win Best Brochure at the
Texas Builders Association Star Awards and was a finalist for best brochure in the PRISM awards hosted by the Greater Houston
Building Association. Below are additional postcards, is from the same marketing campaign, which were mailed to neighboring
homes. I designed both the brochure and postcards, and captured and edited most of the photography featured in these pieces.
